Job Description:



  • Coordinating with line managers and business leaders for interviews.
  • Advising on recruitments to business leaders.

 Employee Joining formalities, Induction & Orientation:

  • Cover the HR aspect of completing all the joining formalities like employment form, bank forms, PF forms and collecting all the relevant documents to open a new employee record.
  • Preparation and issuance of Appointment Letter

Employee Relation: 

  • First point of contact for employee’s queries.
  • Administering employee feedback surveys and ensuring corrective action, when required.
  • Building and maintaining personal touch with employees.
  • Grievance handling whenever complaint arises

Employee Engagement:

  • Co-ordination & Managing employee engagement activities
  • Having employee sessions.
  • Fun at work events.
  • Birthday celebrations.

  Performance Management System:

  • Setting up and monitoring the KRAs for the employees in alignment with the organizational and departmental goals.
  • Reviewing the KRAs post probation period of the employees and taking corrective actions.
  • Initiating online process merit process and tracking the same.
  • Evaluating the performance of the employees in co-ordination with the BU Heads.

 Payroll Data Management:

  • Attendance, Leave record maintenance and verification
  • Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely
  • Processing of all management incentive bonuses and salary deferrals.
  • Works closely with Accounts Department on all payroll related issues.


Desired Candidate Profile:


MIS reports:


  • Generation and maintenance of effective MIS Reports periodically.
  • Maintenance of Project related employee movements
  • Attrition Report- Monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis of attrition data.
  • New Hires Report – For Monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis.
  • Cost & Count analysis.


 Pre & post Exit formalities:         


  • Sharing inputs for full and final settlement for resigned employees.
  • Coordinating with other departments to conduct a smooth exit process for the employees at the time of relieving.
  • Conducting Exit interview, collating the exit interview feedback.
  • Generation of Relieving letter and Experience letter.
