Job Description:

Job Responsiblities:
  • Welcome calling & email introduction to GIT / Simply Series
  • customers about the process & pre- tour process to be followed
  • thereon for visa documentation and payment process.
  • Complete check on File handover of bookings in LTOB to Customer
  • service team from sales team. Eg: Booking deposit, Passport copies
  • and booking forms.
  • Coordination with Sales Team for various other post booking on any
  • additional / special requests. Eg: Passport under renewal or yet to
  • be applied, hand-written ppt or tour date preferences.
  • Selling of TCTP.
  • Coordination with the customer for any additional requests like pre
  • & post deviation, add on services, travel insurance
  • Co-ordination with customers for documentation support &
  • collection of visa related documentation to process of visa
  • applications with the visa team
  • D – 30 collections process
  • Promote Travel assist to all GIT customers.
  • Timely update on visa status to customer. Pre tour feedback &
  • service quality issues.
  • Executing the final handover of GIT package to the customer.
  • Refunds and cancellation process if any.
