Job Description:

1.    Managing Tour Operations
* Manage the inbound tour operations for the organization in the intercruises division.
* Manage the operations, starting from planning / proposal / operations and closing with guest feedbacks.
* Gauge the pulse of their clients / requirements and reply / propose and suggest to the clients requirements / budget
* Maximum interaction with the team members so that they are able to handle / deliver as per the clients expectations.
* Always keep oneself updated and informed about the activities of the close competitions, about their products / pricings and approach.
* Keep constant contact with the clients from their arrival till their departure and to make clients comfortable while they are travelling in your country.
* Contribute individually in handling big and major projects and generating business through cruise business etc.

2.    Coordination with other Stake Holders

* Interact with top management to implement new products/ itineraries, tour plans, schedules, costing etc.

* Interact with different departments, vendors, contractors, to take the updates for ensuring smooth operations.

* Regularly interact with the groups on the progress of the tour and ensure the best service and satisfaction.
