Job Description:


  • Business Development- Primarily responsible for sales and marketing in the Domestic Market.
  • To prepare the budgeted sales potential in the Domestic market and define strategies to achieve the same in the stipulated time frame.
  • To assist the SBU Head – Domestic in planning the budgeted sales in the domestic market. To supervise/support the activities of the domestic region as and when required or requested.
  • To define strategies to explore new markets and generating higher revenues. 
  • To put additional efforts to convert lost customers/Business and ensure business continues in the same.
  • Brand Building - Improving Brand and Credibility of the company’s product in the Domestic market via.
  • Continuous product promotion campaigns and customer visits.
  • Advertisements and Seminars.
  • Product Development- Playing vital role in product improvement by providing information to Design/Development department regarding the market demand and competitors features.
  • Bringing market intelligence from customer community back to the company.Inputs on cost reduction of machines for the competitive markets/customes.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Team Building- Supervise, Organize, and Motivate the Domestic Sales & Marketing Team .Building and retaining the team.Mentoring subordinates for generating and increasing sales within allotted regions.
  • Customer Care- Maintaining a continuous REPO with the customers and making sure that they are taken care of in all manners.
  • Ensure prompt after sales service coordination along with the customer care department.Happy Customer is a Profitable Customer.
  • Finance- To ensure monthly collection targets from domestic markets are set and achieved.Coordination with responsible personnel for the timely collection of C Forms from the domestic region.Sort out unattended issues that have led to bad debts and outstanding. Reduce the overall outstanding amount by at least 50%.
  • Sales - To discuss and plan the monthly sales.To ensure that all parameters are fulfilled in time to effect the sales of the particular month.To effectively maintain weekly reports of branch offices, inquiry records and conversion ratio, customer analysis, order gain/loss analysis, periodic SWOT analysis and shortfall reports.
