Job Description:

  • Responsible to introduce/develop and maintain a training culture
  • Help design and implement end to end learning and development strategy in line with overall business strategy of the organization
  • Capability assessment of the existing employee base across the organization
  • Develop a training calendar to help address the training needs identified for the year for all the business verticals Pan India
  • Responsible for developing Train The Trainer program and create In-house Trainers bank through effective execution of TTT module
  •  Administer/Deliver the training and development program including inductions, to accomplish the organizations goals
  •  Develop a framework/process to track impact and value of the training programs delivered
  • Take responsibility for improving the productivity of employees in the organization thereby helping in addressing the business goals
  • Design and implement appropriate e-learning strategies.
  • Produce training materials, Business SOPs, update training records and maintain all relevant documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8-10 years of experience in learning & development
  • Prior experience of designing and conducted training programmes
