Job Description:

· You are responsible for smooth arrival & departure:

· Check for your duty in movement chart

· Collect all necessary documents in relation to your assigned transfer

·  Do all the necessary reconfirmation like, flight timing, hotel reservation, Tour guide etc.

· Keep a close check on Vehicle condition / maintenance

· Guest courtesy transfer

  •  Greet guest and welcome them to the Country/City
  •  Manage pick-ups and drop offs in accordance with schedule
  •  Assist guest with Airport procedure

· Hotel responsibilities

  •  Manage smooth hotel check in
  •  Project a favourable image of the Hotel at all time
  •  Be courteous to guest at all time
  •  Display helpful nature

· Respond to all customer inquiries for information

· Make all necessary deliveries in accordance with schedule

· Keep your manager promptly and fully aware of all problems or unusual matters of significance

· Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of this position

· Maintain a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment

Report back to office with a complete handover of the transfer and check for your next transfer

· A motivated, energetic and dynamic professional

· Excellent customer focus and strong analytical and communication skills

· A customer driven, positive professional with a proven passion for delivering outstanding service

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Advanced Knowledge of any Foreign Language is an added advantage

· Problem Solving: Demonstrate ability to dig deep by probing for meaningful information

· Takes complete ownership and personal responsibility for solving customer concerns

· Carries good Geographical knowledge of city, places, country, people etc.

· Has a personal commitment to organizational excellence; displays honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of ethics in all decision and actions

· Adaptable, emotionally resilient and professional approach suitable for a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

· Willing to lead business change and embed new technology and processes continuously

· Graduate / diploma holder with 0-2 years of experience

Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
